Through our team of dedicated inventory providers Optimum provides detailed inventory reports for both the check-in and check-out process which comply with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We offer a range of professional, independent and unbiased inventory services which can be tailormade to fit your individual needs. We follow strict guidelines as set by ARLA Propertymark, with which we are fully accredited.
Our team operate throughout South London, seven days a week and aim to provide the inventory reports digitally and in paper form within two business days of attending the property.
