For the sake of simplicity, we have set out a price tariff based on number of bedrooms and​​​​​​​​​​ on the property being unfurnished. However, we understand that things are not always simple and, for that reason, we are always happy to work with your individual requirements if necessary.

Fee variations:
• Prices shown are for unfurnished properties only. For furnished properties there will be an additional surcharge of £10 up to 3 bedrooms and £15 for 4 bedrooms and upward.
• The fees allow for 1 bathroom, but additional rooms such as en-suites, more than 1 reception room, studies etc will be charged at £10.00 per additional room. All new inventory reports include digital photographs as necessary.
